By accessing or using the QuiQuoty service for creating seller, quote and price tags and quote items ("Service" or "QuiQuoty"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Account Creation: To use QuiQuoty Service, you must create an account by using Google Sign-In. By creating an account, you agree to comply and be bound by these terms and consent to let QuiQuoty save necessary cookies in browser you are accessing with.

Google Sign-In: If you sign up or log in using Google Sign-In, you authorize QuiQuoty to access email information from your Google account, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

QuiQuoty provides a credit-based subscription model to use its service. Users are automatically enrolled to "Free" membership when they first created their QuiQuoty accound. They can buy a paid subscription or can cancel existing paid subscriptions. Each quote creation reduces 1 credit from the user's credits as long as the user credit amount allows.

a. Credits: Free users have 5 free credits once they created and when they are consumed it won't refill again. Free or gift credits don't expire. Paid members have monthly credits and remaining credits expire at the end of each month's period.

b. Payment: Payment for subscription is processed through secure payment gateways. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees associated with your selected subscription plan.

c. Billing Information: You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Failure to update such information may result in the inability to purchase AI credits.

d. Payment Processor: QuiQuoty uses Stripe as its third-party payment processor. By purchasing subscriptions, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Terms of Service, which can be found at Stripe's Terms of Service. QuiQuoty is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of Stripe's services.

a. User Content: Users of QuiQuoty may provide their own content, including but not limited to text, images, and data, for use within the Service. By submitting content, you grant QuiQuoty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and display the content within the Service. You retain all intellectual property rights to your content, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any applicable laws.

b. Service Content: All content, including but not limited to templates, designs, software, and other materials provided by QuiQuoty, is the intellectual property of QuiQuoty or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service content solely for the purpose of creating and managing quotes and price tags. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service content without express written permission from QuiQuoty.

c. User Responsibilities: As a user of QuiQuoty, you are responsible for the content you create and share using the Service. You agree not to upload, post, or distribute any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, violates any applicable laws, or is otherwise prohibited under these Terms.

d. Prohibited Content: The generation and distribution of the following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity, sexually explicit content, or any other form of adult content.
• Content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates community standards.
• Illegal activities, including but not limited to content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other applicable laws.

f. Reporting Violations: If you encounter content on QuiQuoty that violates these Terms, please report it to us immediately. QuiQuoty reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in prohibited activities.

We use Cloudflare R2 for cloud storage of the images you upload through the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be stored on third-party servers managed by Cloudflare, subject to their terms and conditions.

QuiQuoty is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

QuiQuoty reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at its discretion, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms.

QuiQuoty provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose.

QuiQuoty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

QuiQuoty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using QuiQuoty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
